SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing

Once order are placed and received, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subjected to the processing time which is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, an email with shipping information and a tracking number will be provided and sent to the email address used to complete the order. 

Below are the times for fulfillment calculated in business days:

Distinct Quality (Limited Items): 2-5 business days

Printful: 2-7 business days

Purchasing

We cannot guarantee the availability of items in your shopping cart in stock. Please be aware of this, for if an item is sold out for any reason, we will contact you via email and SMS message about the missing item.  

Shipping

Distinct Quality ships worldwide as well as Printful. Shipments through Printful are subjected to being handled by multiple carries (e.i. USPS, FedEx, UPS, CanadaPost, Royal Mail, etc) depending on the destination indicated in the order. Distinct Quality ships all orders of our Limited and Exclusive items through USPS and FedEx. To ensure packages arrive in the advertised time, please make sure the correct address and all other included information required are properly entered and relevant. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very crucial for ensuring timely deliveries. Distinct Quality is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once packages have been received by a shipping and delivery service, we no longer have any control over the package nor does Printful.

 

Below are the estimated times of shipment:

Distinct Quality (Limited items): 3-6 business days in the United States; 4-7 business days in Canada; 5-20 business days internationally. 

Printful: 3-6 business days in the United States; 4-7 business days in Canada; 5-20 business days internationally. 

Returns and Exchanges

Our exchange policy has a period of 7 days from the date of delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Returns/Exchanges are not processed until the item is returned, received, and reviewed to be in good condition. Contact our customer service via email in order to start the process for returns/exchanges. A return label will be issued via email and your return/exchange will have 14 days from the date the return label is issued to be brought to USPS and FedEx, excluding Sundays and holidays. Items can be exchanged as long as they have not been worn, in good condition, and in the original packaging. If the item does not work out, it can been exchanged for store credit which can be  used for another order.
