FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders through Printful have an estimated standard shipping time of 5-7 business days in the United States and Canade, and 5-20 business days for all international communities.
Orders of our Limited and Exclusive items are shipped Monday-Friday only. Estimated shiping times are 3-5 business days in the United States, and 7-14 days business days for all international communities.
Orders placed over the weekend and holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
**During periods of high demand for our Limited and Exclusive items, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once the order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we have no control over the package. In most cases, orders are marked before the actual delivery, and customers receive their package later in the day or next day. Please allow 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered, or contact the carrier for updates on the delivery of your package.
Distinct Quality is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

Always remember that these times are separate of the times for shipping and may create delays for some items to arrive later than others especially when there is a high demand.
